Letter to Andrew Bailey, the Governor of the Bank of England, regarding its ‘Trans Inclusion’ training course

Letters
We have written to the Governor of the Bank of England to express our concern about its 'Trans Inclusion' diversity training, which describes expressing the belief in the biological reality of sex as a "microaggression". We have pointed out that, in fact, that point of view is a protected belief under the Equality Act and to penalise any employee for expressing it would be unlawful discrimination. You can read the Telegraph's news story about our letter here.
