Join us for an informal meet-up of FSU members and others concerned about freedom of speech. We will be there from 7pm, with a guest speaker at 7.40pm, followed by a Q and A until 8.15pm, social until 10pm.
It’s an excellent opportunity to introduce your friends, family and colleagues to the work of the Free Speech Union. Non-members can find more information about what we do here.
Our speaker, Dr Roger Teichmann, will give a short introduction on ‘The Dangers of Groupthink’. Dr Teichmann is Lecturer in Philosophy at St Hilda’s College, Oxford, and has written on ethics, mind and language. His books include ‘Logos and Life: Essays on Mind, Action, Language and Ethics’ and ‘Nature, Reason, and the Good Life: Ethics for Human Beings’.
You must register to attend, but there’s no need to print your ticket.
